I'm so glad I did! When I first took it out of the box I was bummed because it's a little on the flat side, not really puffy. But I shook it out and put a duvet cover on it and gave it a shot. It's been really cold here at night and we were snuggly warm with a flat sheet and the duvet and nothing else. The weight of the comforter on top of you is not too heavy, not too light. It's perfect! It doesn't smell like a wet duck or anything either. I'm 100% satisfied with this purchase.We bought the CalKing and it hangs down about a foot on either side of the bed but doesn't really hang over the foot of the bed. I had been looking for a new down comforter: light-weight, warm, and 100% down. This was just the what I'm looking for. It is literally "light as a feather" so it's like sleeping under a very warm blanket but not too heavy. Its light-weight, but incredibly warm and very good to snuggle into. The baffle wall construction keeps the down in place so there are no empty spots and a beautiful side gusset feature for maximum warmth. the comforter outside cover is made of a very good cotton, with high thread count to keep the down inside.
